WELCOME TO THE DUCKS FOR DEMENTIA COLLEGE CLUB

Hi College friends,

My name is David, and I am the creator and founder of Ducks For Dementia, a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Charity.

We donate toy ducks to people with Dementia at Memory Care Homes throughout the country and Canada. We also raise awareness about Dementia and funds for research and support, making smiles one duck at a time. 

I started this charity in honor of my Dad and Grandma, who both struggled with Alzheimer's disease for many years, and they loved my toy ducks. So, in March of 2023, at 10 years old, I created Ducks for Dementia to help others with Dementia. 
  
Over the summer, we went to Canada to deliver toy ducks to a memory care home in Montreal, and we were honored to visit McGill University and talked to college students on campus. 

I realized that students want to be involved with helping others, and they loved my story and asked how they could help. Well, just three months later, I came up with an idea, and we are proud to introduce our Ducks For Dementia College Club Program.

We believe that the academic environment, diversity, and passion of students in college will be able to help further the Ducks for Dementia mission. We invite you to learn more about the College Club program.

Together, we can all make a difference, and one day, may Alzheimer's be a memory of the past. 

This Club will be lots of FUN, and together we can all help raise awareness about Dementia.  When you are a member of the Ducks For Dementia College Club you will be working with an official 501(c)3 Non-Profit Charity and this will be great on your resume!
